Career Ascent Academy was born out of frustration. Too many ambitious students had no clear roadmap to compete internationally. No one told them what to build, how to write a CV, or what companies actually expect. We decided to change that.
Our story
As software engineering students at Universität Stuttgart, we saw firsthand how hard it was for international students to break into competitive roles. The gap was not talent. It was guidance.
Students would send out hundreds of applications with no response. Not because they were not capable, but because they did not know how to present themselves. Wrong CV format. Weak project descriptions. No visible proof of skills.
Career Ascent Academy is our answer to that problem. A platform that gives every ambitious student a clear path to becoming competitive, regardless of where they are from.
